Records should be kept

All local registrar's offices should send the details of personal incidents registered every month to the registrar as soon as possible and the registrar should also collect and analyze the received details and update the records of personal incidents and publish the annual results.< /p>

“11a. Construction of Integrated Electronic System: (1) The Government of Nepal shall construct and put into operation an integrated electronic system for registering individual incidents. Municipalities shall be given access and municipalities or municipalities shall adopt such a system in registering individual incidents.”
